Brush Day 2005. Thank you all Volunteers and Coordinators for your hard work
2005 Summer months will see us building a new shed to house grooming equipment and tools. We could have gone to the local lumber store or... we could call upon some of over 100 volunteers to donate trees, time, and equipment to make our lumber for us. Once again a great group of volunteers joining together to get something done. Thank you Garry, Peter, Gord, Geoff and Ralph & Wilf (out of the picture) This is what they started with! This is how they made the lumber: And here is the finished wood drying and soon ready for use Here is the pictorial of the start to finish on the shed. 2005 Bridge Repairs. We surveyed the 2004/205 wear and tear We sent out a team with new decking Now we are SAFE again...Your PERMIT Dollars hard at work! We have been asked many times "How do we get the trails ready for the season?" Here's how we do it...... every year!
